To manage your account on Vizitio, you must first log in. Visit the Vizitio website and click “access.” Enter your email address and password to access your account, you can use your Google account too.
Once you are logged in, you can access your user profile. In this section, you can update your personal information, such as your email address and password. You can also add a profile photo if you wish.
Within “Reservations”, you will find a history of your past and future reservations. You can review the experiences you've booked, access the details of each reservation, and track your upcoming adventures.
After participating in an experience, we encourage you to leave comments and ratings. This not only provides useful information for other users, but also allows providers to improve their services.
If at any time you decide that you no longer want to use Vizitio, you can delete your account in "Profile." Please note that this action is irreversible and will delete your booking history and other data associated with your account.
