Product quality review

When you create and submit a new product, it will be reviewed by a member of the Vizitio team to ensure your product is presented in the best way on our platform.

Our team will review the content of your product to:

• Product Guidelines: Your product will be evaluated against our guidelines to ensure it is appropriate for publication on our platform.
• Necessary information for travelers: Each product must include clear and complete information so that travelers understand what they will see or do during their experience and how to begin it (i.e. departure time and location).
• Optimization Opportunities: Your product will benefit from the expertise of our Vizitio team to ensure it appears in the relevant categories and locations, so it is seen by the right travelers. During the review process, you may receive emails from our team asking questions about your experience if they find something missing or unclear. Be sure to answer these questions quickly to avoid delays in publication. If we do not receive responses, your product is at risk of being rejected and not published.
