At Vizitio, we offer you the ability to sync your activity calendar with multiple external calendars, such as Google Calendar or iCal among many others, to avoid duplicate bookings and ensure efficient time management. Here we'll explain to you how to do it:
Sign in to your supplier account on Vizitio and access the activity you want to manage.
In your external calendar, such as Google Calendar, look for the option to export or share the calendar. You should find the option to get an iCal (ICS) link that represents your calendar.
Once you've copied the ICS link from your external calendar, go back to your activity in Vizitio and paste this link into the "Booking Import URL" field. Be sure to save any changes you made.
With the iCal (ICS) link correctly pasted in the import field, Vizitio will automatically sync your activity calendar with the external calendar you have specified. This means that busy dates on your external calendar will be blocked from your activity availability in Vizitio.
Within your activity, look for the field labeled “Booking Export URL” and copy the link you will find.
In your external calendar, look for the option to import calendar with URL or iCal (ICS) link and paste the link you previously copied.
