How to get paid in Vizitio

At Vizitio, we understand that receiving payments quickly and efficiently is essential for activity and experience providers. Here we explain how and when our partners receive their payments:

How to request a collection

Access your activity on Vizitio

Sign in to your Vizitio account and go to “My Account”.

Withdraw balance

You can request a refund of your available balance by clicking “Withdraw balance”.

Choose a method

  • SEPA transfer: Payments are transferred directly to your bank account. Therefore, it is important that you provide the IBAN when completing your profile. You can modify, update or change it whenever you want in "Settings". Your bank account details are confidential and handled securely.

When will I receive payment

Payments are made after a user's booked experience or activity has been completed. This ensures that providers receive payment once they have provided the service and provides greater security for the user.

Payment frequency

On the 1st and 15th of each month.
